PowerUp is our annual customer conference, where Ontario Systems and Justice Systems customers come together for three days of networking, education, and professional development.
What’s new at PowerUp 2019?
PowerUp 2019 takes us to the beautiful and iconic Hotel del Coronado, located at the Pacific’s edge on Coronado Island, California. Rich in history, and considered a premier destination for meetings in the United States, this year’s location offers you a chance to unplug and recharge with your colleagues, peers, and Ontario Systems and Justice Systems staff.
What is the difference between ARM, GOV, RCM and JSI conference agendas?
Ontario Systems proudly serves several industries: Accounts receivable management companies (ARM), governments (GOV), and healthcare/revenue cycle management organizations (RCM). In catering to each industry’s most relevant product and industry information, we offer unique conference agendas featuring specific learning opportunities, hot topics and peer discussion. Please review conference information for the vertical that applies to your organization, and select that vertical when registering.

What’s included with my registration?
Each attendee receives admission to all conference sessions, meals/snacks, Monday and Tuesday networking receptions, and Wednesday evening event. Please note pre-conference workshops, as well as add-on activities, are not included with the price of registration and are available for an additional cost.
Are pre-conference workshops being offered this year?
Yes. We currently have an ARM/Compliance pre-conference workshop and a JSI/Case Management pre-conference workshop:

How do I book my hotel? What is the rate?

What is the dress code at the conference?
We recommend business casual. Rooms can be cool so we suggest wearing layers.
What is the conference cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your PowerUp registration, note the following:
- All cancellations must be received in writing (letter or email).
- If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another person within the organization at no additional charge.
- Cancellation requests received on or prior to June 14th, 2019 will receive full refund.
- Cancellation requests received between June 15, 2019 and July 26, 2019 will receive a refund minus a $150 processing fee.
- Cancellation requests received beginning July 27, 2019 will not receive a refund or a credit.
How do I become an exhibitor or sponsor at PowerUp 2019?

Is there a mobile app for the conference?
Yes, there is! The PowerUp 2019 mobile app will give you the latest info about sessions, speakers, and sponsors, and it’s a great way to connect with fellow attendees.
