Bring Your Team! Save with Group Registration!
When you register three (3) or more staff from your company at one time in a group registration from March 9 until August 25, each attendee receives $50 off the conference registration fee. Registration fees will be automatically adjusted prior to payment. You will have the opportunity to add additional group members later in the registration process. The total registration fees for all registrants in the group will be charged to the first person in the group. NOTE: The group registration discount is not available during the limited-time registration rate that runs through March 8, 2019.
Registration Confirmation – Confirmations are auto-generated and sent to the email address provided during the registration process. If you did not receive your confirmation, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

Add-on events can be added to your registration at any time by returning to the registration site. Log in to your record to register for these add-on events. Some add-on events are currently available and some will be added in the coming weeks. Watch your email for information regarding new options.
Conference Participation – Ontario Systems will review registrations and reserves the right to deny participation for non-clients, approved partners and prospects. Should your registration be refused, Ontario Systems will refund the full amount paid and no processing fees will be incurred.
Discounted Registrations – Your registration is not complete until payment is received. In order to qualify for the discounted rates, full payment must be received by the applicable registration deadlines. If payment is received after a discount expires, the additional amount owed will be due. Should you choose to pay at onsite registration, you will be charged the applicable onsite registration rate. Attendee Cancellation, Refund and NO SHOW Policy
Registrations made during the limited-time registration fee period, February 20-March 8, 2019 are NOT subject to cancellation and WILL NOT receive a refund. Attendee registrations may be transferred to another individual within the organization. Submit requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registrations made during the early and advance registration fee period are eligible to cancel. Written cancellations received on or prior to June 14th, 2019 will receive a full refund. Written cancellations received between June 15th, 2019 and July 26th, 2019 will receive a refund minus a $150 processing fee. Written cancellations received July 27th, 2019 or after are not eligible for a refund or credit. Refunds will not be issued for NO SHOW attendees, including cancellations due to weather. Attendee registrations may be transferred to another individual within the organization. Submit transfer requests and written cancellations to email@example.com.
Modifying Your Existing Registration
If you need to modify your registration, you may do so at any time by returning to the registration site and logging in to your record with your reference number and email address. Note: Cancellations may NOT be processed through the online system.
