What is the format of PowerUp 2021, and when will it take place?

We will be hosting PowerUp 2021 as a virtual experience March 31-April1, 2021 for our healthcare RCM, government, and accounts receivable management (ARM) clients.

What can I expect to gain from Virtual PowerUp 2021?

We’ve completely reimagined PowerUp to optimize your time and experience with the conference. The PowerUp 2021 Virtual Experience will provide the same type of high-quality content our past conference attendees have come to expect. Because it’s a clients-only event, we’ll be sharing our newest product innovations, advice from industry and company leaders, and practical takeaways for all users.

What is the cost for Virtual PowerUp 2021, and how do I register?

Registration for the PowerUp 2021 Virtual Experience is free! More information about when and how you can register will be shared in the coming weeks.

If I’m unable to attend the live event online, what are my options?  

If you can’t attend the live virtual event, you will still have access to sessions and content on demand for the two weeks following the conclusion of the event.

In what time zone are the live event online sessions held?

All live sessions will be held online in Eastern Daylight Time. Replays of those sessions and all other on-demand sessions will be available at any time for two weeks following the event.

If I’m interested in two sessions that are scheduled at the same time, is there a way I can watch both?

Yes! Nearly all the sessions (pending speaker approval) will be recorded and will be available on demand to registered attendees for about two weeks after the live virtual event.
