FAQ

What is PowerUp?

PowerUp is the annual Ontario Systems customer conference, where OS customers come together for two to three days of networking, education and professional development.

Why should I attend PowerUp 2018?

Are you looking for ways to improve your operations, leverage your technology investment more fully, and learn as much from your peers as your partners? If so, PowerUp 2018 is right for you! Because it’s a customer-exclusive event, we’re able to share our newest product innovations, best practices and practical takeaways for OS users.

PowerUp is back in Indianapolis in 2018. Mark your calendars for October 15 – 17! We look forward to seeing you there!

When can I register for PowerUp 2018?

We’re in the early planning stages of PowerUp 2018 planning! If you’d like to sign up for PowerUp 2018 updates, we’ll notify you registration opens, as well as when new information is added to the website.

PowerUp 2017

PowerUp 2017 marked the first OS customer conference since our 2016 merger with Columbia Ultimate. With 40+ break out sessions, dynamic keynote speakers, various networking opportunities, and a compliance-focused pre-con workshop, the event boasted record attendance as clients, partners and OS staff gathered in Scottsdale, Arizona.

What is the dress code at the conference?

We recommend business casual. Rooms can be cool so we suggest wearing layers.

What is the conference cancellation policy?

If for any reason you need to cancel your PowerUp registration, note the following:

  • All cancellations must be received in writing (letter or email).
  • If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another person at no additional charge for the first substitution. All subsequent substitutions will incur a $50 processing fee.
  • Refunds vary based on the time frame of the cancellation request. More information on the 2018 cancellation and refund policies will be shared in the coming months.
How do I become an exhibitor or sponsor at PowerUp 2018?

PowerUp is an invite-only event for Ontario Systems partners and vendors. Our Partner Relationship Manager, Lisa Kemp, will share information for 2018’s event as it becomes available. If you have questions in the meantime, you can email Lisa: lisa.kemp@ontariosystems.com.
