What is PowerUp?

PowerUp is our annual customer conference, where customers come together for three days of networking, education, and professional development.  We are excited to be welcoming Justice Systems (JSI) clients to the Ontario Systems (OS) family this year!

What’s new at PowerUp 2018?

With the 2018 acquisition of Justice Systems, PowerUp continues to grow and expand with over 450 attendees expected and 60+ educational sessions!  We are excited to be back in Indianapolis and will be featuring incredible keynote speakers, a pre-conference compliance workshop, and much, much more!

What is the difference between ARM, GOV, RCM and JSI conference agendas?

Ontario Systems proudly serves several industries: Accounts receivable management companies (ARM), government agencies (GOV), and healthcare/revenue cycle management organizations (RCM). We are also pleased to be welcoming our JSI customers to PowerUp this year. In catering to each of those industries’ most relevant product and industry information, we have created unique conference agendas featuring specific learning opportunities, hot topics, and peer discussion. Please review conference information for the vertical that applies to your organization, and select that vertical when registering.

What’s included with my registration?

Admission to all conference meals, events and sessions. Please note the pre-conference compliance workshop is not included with the price of registration and is available for an additional cost.

What is the pre-conference compliance workshop?

This unique, collaborative pre-conference workshop is designed exclusively for ARM clients looking to improve performance in three important functions:

  • Electronic Communications and Payments
  • Responding to Complaints and Disputes
  • Company Website/Portal Compliance

If you are a decision-maker in your company, a compliance officer or an IT professional, this workshop will provide you with real-world tools to help you improve compliance with the law and improve your bottom line.

The Ontario Systems compliance consulting team, led by Chief Compliance Officer Rozanne Andersen, along with industry experts Sara Woggerman and Angela Erwin will provide attendees with a start-to-finish action plan to incorporate practical compliance solutions.

Attendees will work on solving problems unique to their organizations and take away scripts, and policy and assessment tools that will help them in their current compliance environments. The cost of this workshop is $149, and it is currently only available to conference attendees (sign up during the registration process).

How do I book my hotel? What is the rate?

The link to book your hotel reservation will be sent to you upon your completed registration for PowerUp.  The PowerUp hotel rate at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown is $204/night + applicable taxes.

What is the dress code at the conference?

We recommend business casual. Rooms can be cool so we suggest wearing layers.

What is the conference cancellation policy?

If for any reason you need to cancel your PowerUp registration, note the following:

  • All cancellations must be received in writing (letter or email).
  • If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another person at no additional charge for the first substitution. All subsequent substitutions will incur a $50 processing fee.
  • Cancellation requests received on or prior to August 10th, 2018 will receive full refund.
  • Cancellation requests received between August 11th, 2018 and September 14th, 2018 will receive a refund minus a $150 processing fee.
  • Cancellation requests received beginning September 15th, 2018 will not receive a refund or a credit.

Is there a mobile app for the conference?

Yes, there is! The PowerUp 2018 mobile app gives you the latest info about sessions, speakers, and sponsors, and it’s a great way to get connected with other attendees. All registered attendees will receive an email inviting them to download the app approximately 2-4 weeks prior to PowerUp.
